Worst Photo Ever - That "surf photo" --photo 1, is the perhaps the worst photo I've ever seen. It represents everything I fear about surfing.
De THE JUDGE , 09-08-2004
Poor judge - Sad, really sad! This wave is obviously made to be shared. And a lot of surfers are suckers... Don't piss on kayakers, they don't deserve it.And actually, even if it's small and sloppy it's a really good experience. Just imagine riding the same wave for such a long time!!! It's a good feeling and every surfer should try it a least once.
De anonymous , 22-12-2003
no title - yes, but 2ft onshore along 1.5 or 2 kilometers, that's not so bad !!you should try it
De anonymous , 19-12-2003
no title - I wood rather surf a 2ft onshore beech brake than this thing.....any day!!!!
De Seb , 10-10-2002
Judge, dear judge ... - Who were the ones who discovered and first rode the bore ? Kayaks ... Then what gives you the right to ban them from surfing the wave. Kayaks are not a problem anyway, stupid or inexperienced riders are the problem : some kayak riders are very respectful and experienced riders and you'll also see surfers who're real assholes.
De anonymous , 30-09-2002
poo - this is desgraceful this is not a wave it is poo coming from a river, grow balls and go surfing
De THE JUDGE , 27-09-2002
no more kayaks!! - after several accidents betwen big kayaks who dont control their boats and "kill down"surfers on the mascaret, we do not want to see kayaks on the mascaret.contrevenants will be severelly punished!!!note:kayaks are only admitted on the left part of the river where the waves are poor!!!!
De Surfing is about respect and sharing , 22-07-2002
Mascaret's still alive ! - The Mascaret's still there, and we're all expecting a really great one pretty soon. "The Judge" has been wrongly informed unless he's trying to discourage others to come (and that would explain why he called himself judge). If so, that's not a very nice attitude Judge, a real surfer would not behave that way ...
De the judge , 08-07-2002
mascaret is off - no more mascaret!! some big works on the river for create a harbor at st pardon killed the mascaret!!now there is just a very little wave(1 foot) on only 100 meters at 20 mn of paddle to st pârdon!snif it is the en d of the mascaret
