From Vannes or Lorient cities, head toward Auray on main road N165 and turn South toward Plouharnel city and Quiberon peninsula (main road D768). Once at Plouharnel, you have few chances to get lost : there is one and a single road to get into the peninsula (D768)... Pass a fortress on the right (training center for french Marine infantry): this is the narrowest point of the whole coast (isthmus of Penthièvre) and on the right again, the long beach of Les Crevettes (high tide surf), sometimes closed for Marine's training. At the first crossroads where you'll see a roadsign to "Côte sauvage", turn right. This will lead you to the coastal road, Westward. Stop when you see a big rock/small island offshore ("La Truie"): you're at "Port Blanc" surf place. Access is also possible by boat : let "La Truie" rock on your left before heading on the first cove you can see. WARNING : this is Brittany coast and on any swell, you should not come too close to shore. Emergency channel is VHF 16.

Informações suplementares
On any swell-day, you will see surfers out there so it's easy to locate the place (or just follow the surf cars on the road !).
Correct swell direction is SW or W; waves can be surfed from 0.5 meter because it's POWERFUL here.
On big days, wear a helmet, look at the locals and WATCH THE ROCKS !
If you feel it's too big, go back to "Les Crevettes" at high tide.
Thought, there are at least 2 other very good spots on this side of the peninsula... Port Blanc is just the first of them when you come from mainland.

Ambiente
Easy access is a wrong indicator of the easiness of the surf out there...
Quiberon waves are powerful and, on good size, if you don't have the appropriate level to surf here, you could be in DANGER.
Beachbreak-like rights and lefts on small to medium swell, it all turns to a pointbreak reef on good size: choose your board accordingly.
Currents can be strong but because it all happens in a cove, the main danger is the ROCKS and the CLIFF. Surf is LOW or MIDDLE TIDE only : get out before high tide.

Geral
Very nice landscape and one of the sunniest place in Brittany... local surfers do appreciate it and as long as you smile and do not drop in on them, they'll let you appreciate it too.
But : most of the surf happens in coves and this means LIMITED PLACE.
Do not bring more than 3 or 4 friends and do respect the hierarchy at the peak, thanx.
Surfer tip : DO NOT come in july-august and check the sunrise surf session (6am).
Tourists and, worst of all, Parisians use to come here in mass and the atmosphere in summer can be aggressive in and out of the water (traffic jams are awful !). For the local tourism industry, this means a price boom in summer. If you feel the place is too crowded, check "Les Crevettes" or drive out of the peninsula and try the surf on the coast between Plouharnel and Lorient : nobody does it, so if it works you should have it for yourself !
BONUS : if you ever rent a boat (do it at Quiberon's harbour "Port Maria"), give a try to the South of "Belle île", 1 hour offshore...if you can read a marine chart you'll know you can bring a board.
