Great for beginners. - This is a really versitile beach but it suffers from the wind. Head to the south if the wind gets up and haed to the noth if the wave drops off.

- Hillend has a campsite just before the beach, 2 minute walk from the beach. theres also an inn at the village, probably quite expensive though. theres a youth hostel in port eynon and several campsites dotted around thew gower. hope this helps :)

- Try rhossili end opposite the white house. Often will peak up bigger in this area due to the rip. With good swell here produces good waves.
