landlocked - I lived in Hawaii for seventeen years and 12 yrs. of that I spent bodyboarding and bodysurfing.I've surfed almost all the spots in Oahu except the west side where I've only surfed I DON"T KNOWS once.I"m not a big wave charger of some sort but I rush the waves I know I'll have fun with and feel good after just like everyone else. The reason why I'm commenting is to let everybody know how fortunate you guys are, brothers and sisters who are surfing right now.I havent seen the beach, surfed or even put my toes in the water for almost seven years coz I was incarcerated.I just got released in October of "08 and got deported back here in P.I.coz I happen not to be a citizen, never became one although I came there legally(sucks).Anywayz, I'm back here, skin lost its color, lifestyles diffrent and hating everyminute because I don't get to hit the waves no more.I was surfing the Internet and found out that thers some spots here at home but I don't know when I'll get to try 'em out.SPOTS HERE SEEM GOOD ESPECIALLY SIARGAO.hOPE i GET THERE ONE DAY!If anyone knows where I can get a pair of bodysurf fins(viper, voit duckfeet)pls. e-mail me at jgroscom@yahoo.com.give me a price and I'll see if I can afford it. Another thing that sucks is I am currently training right now for work and we normally start late at night. It sucks but I'm still keeping the faith that one day I'll be reunited with the soul of catching the surf again. P.S. Theres a lot of posers here. Idiots who dress like surfers whose never been out in the ocean! These brothers gotta stop and learn to respect.YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE! just the other week I seen this brother carrying a surfboard to work.He happen to be working in SITEL,located on boni ave.manila!Sorry but what kinda b.s. is that!
