At 3 foot or below it breaks too close to the rocks and is an exercise in boulder-dodging, so it is best at 4-8ft. It is a walled-up wave that hugs the rocks and gets faster as you surf down the line, eventually closing out. It is best suited to open face carves, with a hollow tube you are lucky to make it out of on the inside.
