 Informações suplementares

These waves start with a jacking take off section breaking into solid walls. The rights fade out and the lefts shut down on to the shallow reef. Starts to work with a big clean swell. Better at mid to high tide. Small and shallow take-off. After there is a channel.goes without saying that you need to be expert to survive here on big days. quite apart from the wave itself, there's also hold-downs, being caught inside on surgen's table, broken boards and strong currents to think about. the left if more un-forgiving that the right as there is a good chance you will end up on the "surgen's table"

distance - this wave break's just behind the main break to the left lookin from up top..! not a hard paddle, current is strong and i suggest a good steamer!

- how far out duz this wave break?

De Pweter , 12-01-2006

its to the south ie left of main break not right - Jeeze you foogers are stupid, suicides or southsides is on the same lump of reef as main break its on the south side inbetween main break and bommie, the surgens table is at main break (you would have to back door main break to get to it) the wave is a fun takeoff and not much in the way of wall as it goes into a channel. you can get the lip doubling up (double and tripple sucks) which gives a fun barrel on take off. and the photo is of main break as this wave is a right not a left as shown.
