Winter - Any one know how the surf is late dec. and Jan + what's the water temp, thinking of going to have a surfing new years eve.

In august? - Hey you all!I want to go south of France at finals of august. Is it recommendable and are there enough waves? I´m quite short on time and money so i don´t wanna go there and find myself with a f**king flat sea or poor baby waves. Please mail me about your experience or give me some other information.Thank you!
