Nope, surfers don't care about the enviroment... - ... but they do care about the enviroNment. Think faster, hippy! More than the environment surfers care about quality surf, and that's what you'll find at Clinton Landing more days than not. Just make sure you go there on an incoming tide and make sure a big southerly isn't blowing 'cos if it is it'll be like a washing machine. Otherwise you will score. Hook it up Washington!

HOAX - This place is a total hoax. If you are living in Vancouver, and thinking about driving the 3 hours it takes to get here, think again. The waves from that ferry are about 1 foot high and this so called "break" breaks about every 20 minutes, and 10 feet offshore. Don't waste your time

stop wasting gas - hey I thought surfers cared about the enviroment..This is a major drive from anywhere. You would have to come 100 times to catch it worth it once. and even then other regoinal spots would be all time on that day.

Get it when windy - If you stand at the ferry termanal look south at the beach. about 1/4 mile down there is point that it will break. Need wind SE 25k-up. As far as boards bring what you will think will work best on a wind wave.

is this for real? - i live in mukilteo, and im just now reading about this spot. how could i have missed this? is it really a break or is it just the wake from the ferry? and do i need a longboar or will shortboards work? any info is great.

- Ha ha ha I lived in clinton and this is BS. Im sorrey if you fell for it. There is a place on the island that you can ride wakes and super windblow waves on a sandbar on a sandy beach on the southend but you have to find it for your self

When are people gonna stop posting... - ... all my favorite secret spots? Every day it gets that much harder to have a little slice of northwest perfection to oneself. STOP POSTING MY FAVORITE SPOTS!!! Next thing you know we'll have Har****n Island, Lo**z Channel, Ros***o Strait, Port Or****d, and the few other still-on-the-DL spots up here for any old Jonny-come-lately to hook into. Enough already!!!

Go on the right conditions... - ... and you will score. Often this place is not working. You need to go on the right swell, wind, and tide conditions (I'm not telling what works!). Anyways, bummed this place is exposed on wannasurf but it doesn't matter all that much because you still have to know what makes it work, and not many people do.

Na-ah, this place IS for real! - I got it good on Monday. No one out and lines just reeling around the point. Incoming tide through Admiralty inlet + a light southerly breeze = 3-4 foot perfection.

Full of shit - you guys are full of shit, There are more logs and debree near the ferrie, not going to happen but I'm sure you will get people to waste some ferrie money to find out
not cool
