Roy Fenton - next time one of the foamy kids whacks an ARS over your head or takes off ona 8ft crusher that would have you and your surfboard crumple in two... think about the co-ordination of your retarded hate . Your just mad coz lids rule this wave , go somewhere else . or do us a favour and take a supersize bite of the reef there and shut it !

kiddy wrigglers - the best place to bodyboard in bali is on the sand. because all you boogers should be embarassed that you lack the brain cells/co ordination to stand up-right. instead you congregate in little packs looking ridiculous with your "flippers" wriggling into waves. seriously bodyboarding is ok when you are 8 years old but when you get older...nahh. i dont undestand the allure of this so called hobby of looking like an idiot. next time you go to the beach, have a look at the children on their styrofoam b/boards catching straight-handers in the whitewash..this is what you look like.

MICK,S Place - Stayed at Mick's place this year for the third time.Very disappointed . To be fair Mick was away. However the food, service and accommodation was not up to the money we paid. Some staff were unfriendly and appeared not to care.A great view but better value can easily be found.

Dont Be Fooled - I was just turned onto this website and decided to do a little surfing on it! I spent 2months in Indo this year, and have been going there for 3 years now. Was just reading some of the comments and a little surprised! All of the Indo's are just out to scam you you a take your cash! Dont be fooled with their sob story! And as far as Bingin, or the bukit in general, it's one of the worse places! Yes, they wave at Bingin is very good, but F'ing crowded! Usually there's 4 guys catching most of the waves and the rest Kooks that don't belong! And as far as the locals, forget about surfing with them. They are all snakes and take every wave, regardless if you can surf! They seem to forget who introduced them to surfing as well as the many foriengners that have given them surf gear to get started. Locals calling you into waves, are you kidding me! Yeah, the only time that happens is when the local doesn't want the first wave of the set which is often not the best one! Trust me, they are not doing it to be nice. I have seen many locals yell at the tourist who drop in behind them when they are getting snaked by the local! Fucking classic, you get snaked and still get shit! That's such and Indo move! Not to mention that they are all pussies that will try to gang up on you vs one on one if they really have a problem. Spend a little more time there and maybe you wont be fooled, and see their true colors...$$$$$ And for the guys that wrote about Rocky and Chocky and his wife, are you serious! You cant chill with Rocky anymore and have fried noodles since he SOLD OUT! Yes, he sold the restaurant part of his Warung to a foriengner for $$$$ who now charges a fortune for fried noodles and plays loud music all night. Tried to eat at the place next door, Chocky and his wife, which I believe are related to Rocky. That was a whole other experience. They had nothing that they had listed on the menu, they were not very friendly, food took forever, and we all felt like we were inconveniencing them by ordering food! The only good thing about that place was the view and if you like flies all over your food! Even spoke to a few people staying there who said they were all kind of odd there. We ended up staying at the top at Kembang Kuning which was way nicer and just as cheap as the nasty places below. Indo is still a good place to visit, but Bali being the worse part of it with the money hungry pesty Indo's. So don't be foolel as many have been when they are only there for a short holiday! Open your eyes, NOT your wallet! And please, dont not give away any surf gear!

bingin - I am Brazilian surfer, coming from a poor and far country from bali. I had my nicest experience in Bingin, I had an awasome tube at very low tide in a érfect session. Bali is the most exciting place to have trip and if are a surfer is more than this is a dream coming true....
